How much cash is locked inside your business and what is it costing you?

Most growing companies have millions sitting idle in unpaid invoices and stock, quietly funded by the bank. Answer a few questions from your accounts and see exactly how much cash your operating cycle ties up (or how much your suppliers fund for you), what it costs in interest, and the specific moves that free the most, in plain words you can take straight to your CEO or board.

Working Capital Calculator: questions and answers

What is the cash conversion cycle?

The number of days between paying suppliers and collecting from customers: receivable days plus inventory days minus payable days. A shorter cycle means less cash tied up in operations.

Which lever usually releases cash fastest?

It depends on the business. Collections discipline often works fastest in trading and services; inventory planning often matters most in manufacturing.

What happens to the information I enter?

The calculation runs in your browser. To get the full report you are asked for your contact details; when you send them, your details and your assessment inputs are emailed to Valorin so we can follow up if you want. Nothing is sent before you choose to submit.

Is the result tax or financial advice?

No. The result is an estimate for planning, based only on the figures and answers you enter. It is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. For a decision, have your position reviewed against your full facts.
