M&A advisory and business valuation in the UAE
A business is usually valued from its future cash flows, from prices paid for similar businesses and from its net assets, and the assumptions behind each are tested. We help owners and investors prepare for a transaction: estimating a value range, preparing the numbers for due diligence and reviewing the financial terms of the deal.

Frequently asked questions
Which valuation method is right?
It depends on the business and the purpose. Discounted cash flow, market multiples and adjusted net assets are common; using more than one shows how sensitive the value is.
When should we prepare for a sale?
Ideally a year or more ahead, so you can clean up reporting, fix issues and show a stable track record.
Can we get a quick indicative value first?
Yes. Our free Business Valuation Calculator gives an indicative range; a review of your full numbers comes next.
