Muhammad Imran
Valorin was founded in 2026 by Muhammad Imran, an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ACMA) with more than 20 years in finance and business management in the UAE and Pakistan. He has carried CFO-level responsibilities: board reporting, cash-flow forecasting, working capital, budgeting and financial policy.
For nearly ten years (2010–2020) he was Finance Manager at a Dubai manufacturing company, leading a team of eleven and reporting monthly results, cash flow and growth plans to the Board. Since 2020 he has been Managing Director of Albahar Alalami Technical Services LLC in Dubai. Earlier, in Pakistan, he worked in textile manufacturing and chemicals on costing, internal controls and Oracle ERP reporting. He holds a B.Com from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
Why Valorin exists
Many owner-managed UAE companies have a capable accountant and a commercially sharp owner, and no one between them who turns the numbers into decisions. Tax changes, e-invoicing and bank requests land on the owner's desk, and decisions get made on numbers that arrive late.
We fill that gap for a defined scope and a set number of days. The aim is always the same: leave the company with better numbers, clear routines and a finance team that runs them.
